Irrelevant, group play doesn't filter for tiers. User is probably in tier 1. Either way, tiers are meaningless and faction play stats aren't counted (I'm not loading the game to smash your ego more.)
If I had to guess, that user plays a fair amount of GQ. CWM is pretty active there. CWM is probably better than any unit you've ever been in.

There is a lot one can infer about a player from the jarl's list. It's a direct pull from publically available stats via the API. Whenever anyone claims otherwise they are usually pretty bad at the game. There isn't a single high level player in the game that doesn't use Jarls as a baseline for skill for a reason.

I can't really speak for RJF, I don't know who the **** TJ is, and no one cares how much you played MW4 or how good you were. You are not good at this game, you don't have room to talk about another pilot's skill.
