They buffed AMS across the board by reducing missile health in larger volleys, fine.
But these mechs filled a unique niche in the game. 3x AMS NVA or KFX were by no means the best mechs, but the AMS ROF quirks helped provide added value to these chassis that other mechs don't have to make up the difference. Helped fulfill a player fantasy of being the walking anti-missile shield. Where is the logic in buffing AMS across the board, but reducing quirks on select already under-performing mechs?
Now every AMS system is just as good on any other mech as it is on these mechs.
I know its a bit of a nit-pick for me here, but these nerfs to unique quirks over the last 1.5 years or so have taken a lot of the magic out of different mechs, everything feels very "samey" these days.
To me, it really seems like an unnecessary change.
