After some searching I find that nobody mentions the potential that the kitfox C has as a dual ERPPC light, but the quirks for this thing are amazing for this option. You get -10CD, -10heat, 7.5% heat disapation, and +20range that applies to ERPPCs. You can fit 2 ERPPCs, an ECM, and 2 more Double Heat Sinks. you get an optimal range of 1069 on them and a max range of 2139!! You also get almost max armor, and if you spec into double coolshot you can go a long time without overheating.

If I was to use a Clan light with 2x ERPPCs I'd use the Adder Prime. With the full pod set you get -15% heat, +30% velocity, +5% dissipation, and 14 total DHS.

Also note that to get 2 extra DHS on that KFX you'd have to strip a bunch of armor. Otherwise it's just +1 DHS and then you've got 0.5 tons to spend on a Light Probe or something.

If I was going to use a PPC Kit Fox, it would probably use the Purifier 1E torsos and KFX-S JJ legs.

Sure it runs hotter, but it doesn't need to expose as much and can (probably) poptart decently enough.
