So, I buy a Lanner in the sale. I think to myself, *yeah ECM* so I don't get splatted instantly before it's skilled up...

So yeah, how the hell am I supposed to fit the ECM?

your mechlab AI bugged out, I've had this happen a few times over the past months. Restarting the game fixes it for me

Make sure you drop your back armor to like 5 and move it to the front.
