Today seems to be the international nascar day, where in the past TWO HOURS!!!!!!!!! every single match, and take that literaly, EVERY SINGLE MATCH IN THE PAST TWO HOURS has been nascar. Regardless of map, every match was nascar.

It's worst in NA prime time. At other times of the day, a couple of "good" players can carry a whole lethargic PUG team using the NASCAR tactic because it allows them to catch a few isolated enemies with their backs turned and hence turn the match. But in NA prime time there are enough "good" players on at once that the matchmaker can start making whole games stacked with them on both sides and that's when everything goes to hell. The NASCAR tactic that worked so nicely when only a few faster guys do it devolves into two "high skill" teams mindlessly circling each other down the drain of stupidity.
