Yeah, I'm glad that I got free stuff from it. Thanks, PGI.

While we are all pumped on awareness and raising money for a great cause, I'd like just like to say that there are also other ways to make a difference and help others in your community by giving something more precious than money and that is your time.

In Canada we have an amazing organisation called Community Living, and volunteering there gave me so much more than anything I could have ever contributed just by showing up. You want to understand and feel humanity on a level you could have never imagined? You want to feel like you actually make a difference? The answer is simple, just find an organisation like Community Living in your area and ring them up and see what you can do. I can 100% guarantee it will change you and the experience will stay with you for the rest of your life.

I've got Asperger's syndrome, now called something else in the autism spectrum, I thought this event was really cool, so did another friend with asperger's who doesn't play.
