Just a heads up, we added a little edit in the Patch Notes under Bug Fixes and Improvements:

- Fixed a bug where the Griffin GRF-2N had one too many structure points on the left torso.
(The change above has made the 'Mech in your mechbay become 'invalid' until you modify the left torso armor to the correct amount of points on the left torso)

It's ironic that...

...had PGI diverted just a little bit of attention from MW5 to MWO and implemented some of the simpler quality of life fixes in MWO, preorders of MW5 would have been higher. At least it would have given me more faith in this company and their products and I might have pre-ordered.. instead it left me bitter with a sour taste in my mouth.

Like I said, I'm not talking about major fixes, simple ones that would have a huge impact on the user experience.. i'm not going to list all of them but just to give you an idea of what I mean:

-increase points to win on invasion - conquest (we play mwo to shoot mechs, not run around capping points). Killing half their team before the time is up is not gratifying enough to justify this mode in fp. HOW HARD CAN THIS BE TO IMPLEMENT?

-increase lobby countdown timer on invasion insta-drops so that we have time to set up a decent deck as a team (you know, cuz this is a team-based game...). HOW HARD CAN THIS BE TO IMPLEMENT?

-not 'unreadying' the whole group when someone cancels a search. This has been an issue since invasion mode became a thing. Not fixing this has made me lose most of my faith.. HOW HARD CAN THIS BE TO IMPLEMENT?

Strongly disagree. Loss by objective is something that absolutely should happen to teams who don't pay attention. If you want skirmish in every mode, Quick Play is there for that.

I gotta say, you are in the minority. Personally, I and most people I fight with and against don't even feel conquest belongs in invasion mode.. they don't drop invasion so they can run around capping points.. but I'm a reasonable man and so as a compromise I (and many, MANY others) have suggested that PGI increase the points by a nominal amount.. say 500 or even better 750. You can't ignore the points even at 2000 cap points. This would please both sides of the table, or at least take it in the right direction.

No, I don't want skirmish for every mode..

I enjoy INCURSION as it gives more depth to the battle (although more turrets should be added or made indestructible so lights cannot simply rush in and win the match. That is ridiculous.

I like SIEGE. This is nicely balanced, although it is a bit easier to defend than attack, but I guess that's how it should be.

I even enjoyed VIP mode and think it should be brought back. This mode forced the team to fight as a TEAM and not nascar away, running off in all directions. People didn't like this mode because it required a semblance of coordination to defend a mobile bot.. these are the players that should stick to QP..
