This game is well known for males but i do not see much female pilots on battlefield.

I am curious if there are female pilots here in this game.

Some will not appear cus they fear condors, others prefer to hide as guys (on other games) can be possible to post here females? Just for know if there are females playing this game.

Yes there are.
No I'm not.
Check the twitch streamers.
Don't argue with yourself, it's not a good sign.

There are, you'd know if you listened to the voice comms.

I am here for quite a loooooooong time, but never never had a female on voice com, At bets some kids. I think only 2x When at the coyotes or wolves when we did FP we had females there too. So they aren't a myth, just lostech.

I've heard a few women on voice comms and I despite not really following streamers do know of two, Blue and Kat, both really nice and enjoyable to watch streamers :)
Girls are everywhere in gaming, they just tend to be smarter than us thus and prefer to stay silent cuzz they're not looking to argue or get a legion on @$$holes to harrass them.

I thought this was a request for female pilot models in the cockpit. Would second this. Hell I wouldn't mind customizing my pilot's uniform and walking around a pilot's lounge with drinking and dart minigames or something for kicks while waiting on the occasionally long group/faction play queues.

There are female pilots who play this game. My own girlfriend plays the game. Some of them choose to remain silent on the public comms because of the harassing comments others give them. My girlfriend and I have a category system for player's remarks when they hear her on the comms. You have:
- "Girl, Girl? GIRL!?": These are people who seem to go girl crazy when they hear a female voice in a male oriented video game. Much like a girl walking into a gaming store of any kind... This group can be rather humorous, but also creepy because some of them seem to want to make passes and flirt...
- "Girl? Get off my game!": This group is openly hostile to any female who reveals themselves. This is a male game, and girls apparently should not be in the game with them. They are toxic and insulting.
- "Girl? No, just a young squeaker.": This group doesn't believe a girl would play a video game. They convince themselves it's a squeaker (young guy). Some of this group will then ignore or be hostile to her because she's "a kid who doesn't know what (s)he's talking about". (I'm surprised I don't get this remark when I play, as I tend to have a higher pitched voice... or so the phone seems to think as I've been called ma'am so many times...) These people sometimes think that, because someone is young they can't be good at the game... So almost a double insult when they wont believe she's a girl AND think she's a dumb kid...
- "Cool. A girl on the team. Now lets go out there and kick butt.": This is the group of gamers who don't care. They treat the girl like any guy on their team. Some are actually excited to see a girl on a video game, because it isn't something you seem to see very often, but they don't let it influence their game play. They don't flirt, throw insults or anything. Maybe an off comment or two at the start for some laughs, but that is about the extent of it.

Sadly, we crash into the middle categories more often than the lower (or upper)... It's gotten to the point it's been commented that she might be better off not talking at all, but then she's like "I shouldn't have to be silent to enjoy the game", and she's right.

Allot of the ladies don't seem make too much noise simple to avoid attention of the creeps that circle the game communities.

My wife is a Div A Comp player for EmpyreaL, with a 3.9 W/L 3.2 K/D and 99% on the Jarl's list.

Something like this would definitely add some immersion to the game.
You would wonder that now we have the mechbay we can wander around, if the group screen had the lance structure that we could see our lance mates and their mechs in the mechbay when we create the group.
Being able to access the chat and the mechlab while waiting for a drop has long been asked for. I would add this sort of feature to that same request.
Sadly.... it is highly unlikely.... or so far down the list of things the game could do with/needs that it's just wishful thinking.

Here's our office, you can see my Gold medal hanging with the Jersey from MWOWC2017, and both our Silver medals at the bottom from last years MWOWC2018.

Does it matter, aside from "do we have more people spending money on MWO to keep the lights on"? "Diversity is strength" is no more true than "War is peace."

PGi said this and pilot outfit customization was going to be a thing...but this was years back. Like first steps to new monitor functionality years ago....

As for female players yes there are. My wife Tor example is better at it than I am.
