Add Clan Annihilators

Clan wolf the kell hounds and wolfs dragoon got together made a clan tech annihilator. Its lore friendly and strong.This would be a great clan 100 ton assault mech addition!

Voted as no, since:
a) PGI wouldn't introduce a Clan variants of IS chassis;
b] Clans have already the Dire Wolf (and Tomahawk [II], if PGI decides to introduce it);
c) cRAC/2 and cRAC/5 are generally available in 3145. Far in future. Of course PGI would do a "override" to bring those sooner by bringing experimental version, but it's still would be outside our timeline, since it's developed in 3069.
d) And year earlier, the HyperAssault Gauss were made. So the sense to bring a clan Annie is now next to nil.
