Hi devs and guys, I was wondering after MechWarrior 5 is out could they make a jukebox for the game for combat? Currently the game only has combat BGM when you deploy and when the match is over.

No one has no idea yet, nor do we probably have a say so in seeing it happen.

Don't expect it, but people themselves will add that in as necessary if plausible.

I prefer running my own music in the background, hate to say it but there aren't many videogame soundtracks that are really worth listening to but there are some phenomenal albums for mech combat to be found

timothy seals has some dam good track. Mechassault and mechwarrior also have some nice tracks to listen to during combat

You can always stream Pandora or Spotify through your computer speakers. Thats what I do.... That way you don't have to listen to someone else's idea of good music.

I know MW5 is gonna be mora a simulator than an FPS game, and I love that.. but it should take a que from some FPS games nonetheless..

Take DOOM 2016 for example - Amazing soundtrack that really makes the game stand out..

Sound and music is a big part of a videogame.. some of the best games out there today have soundtracks that people listen when not playing the game.

Skyrim, Witcher, Doom, Darksiders... just to name a few..

Why not make MW5 a legendary game with a legendary soundtrack?

When I drop solo, I play the MW2 soundtrack.... still rated as one of the best soundtracks ever in a video game......

It is difficult enough to convince people to talk as it is. Having music drowing out what little effective communication there is does not seem a net win to me.
