I wish we could select vehicles for missions instead of mechs.

It would be nice.
Particularly if running a mercenary campaign of a less fortunate band of mercs.
Not everyone can afford a mech.
Much like most kingdoms couldn't really commit 8+ assault mechs to the field...
....let alone random battles...
....Yep, I'm looking at you HBS BT...
Where the hell would Liao even manage to get 8 assaults in a random escort VIP mission???

I did play a custom Career Run (Ironman) where I played a Merc Company with just 1 Mech . I played as a "Liao' outcast who made it out with their family's Cataphract. My goal was to build a lance while just starting out with that 1 Cataphract. I also had to keep all mechs "relatively' stock only making modifications as necessary and not putting in larger weapons than stock.
As you can imagine, it was a difficult run and I flirted with bankruptcy a LOT.
So, if you want to play a run with the most limited of resources, you can do it. Here it is if you want to see how I did/it turned out...

I'll determine my opinion on the price/value after I see the urban environment in action. Hopefully it looks like a lot of effort went into it.
Having now seen the urban environment in action, on Paradox's stream, I'm now officially looking forward to this DLC. The urban environment looks fantastic, and will no doubt provide a radically different gameplay flavour.

Thank you for reminding me. I knew I forgot to do something.
*Now has the season pass.*
Wonder if this would "unbreak" my HBS BT mod... which was broken when the first expansion was released (which I didn't get).

So, some fun stuff I learned. June 4th for Urban Warfare...bah.
Flashpoint didn't require a download; so it had indeed basically mess up my mod likely with edited files and/or downloaded yet disabled files (unless of course turning them on with having the DLC enabled).
So likely something got changed by Flashpoint's files, or I accidentally made my mod dependent on a Flashpoint file without even knowing it which then broke it since I didn't own flashpoint. (But this also means even if you don't own it, its on your computer...)
