I stopped playing MWO short after S7 release because loading times became unbearable on my old rig and fisheye lens effect introduced with S7 patch absolutely butchered the aesthetics.
So, I installed MWO again today and this horrendous fisheye look is still present??? Why? How is it possible to mess up such a simple thing and keep it broken for so long? My mechs now look like those horrible selfies where your face is 90% nose. The difference is especially noticeable among mech icons because some of them are still old pre-S7, while the updated ones are stretched and malformed.
