Here is one of the usual user scenario's. I think the faction UI is not easy to read for users who don't think twice or have any knowledge about the game modes.

Please consider making information and spelling clearer (and foolproof) to increase chances of attracting players to the game modes.

Played out the match and immediately jumped into the queue again. Took a long time but the numbers finally reached 11/20.... and I didn't get the next match. Numbers dropped to something like 3/6. Waited another 10 minutes and then went back to live.

This is not a bug. It is designed like this, bigger group get priority. Any room left gets filled by those that queued first.

Logged in, queued then saw there was no one else in queue, logged off.

Your account is rather new, right? If so, PTS uses database that may precede the creation of your account.

Successful testing of the 28 second count down timer... it works. Have yet to actually set boots on ground for a match tho. But the timer works great!

End of March is when I signed on... keeps coming as error wrong e-mail or password but I get in on regular server. Guess I am not getting the bonuses... lol

Even if you sit on queue as the first to join, as long as game is not formed (12 people) you can, and will get pushed out if a group of 2 or more joined lastly.
Best part is that appearently those who joined first are also the first to get kicked out of the que.

Example.

4/24 (4 man premade)
you join
5/24
6 guys join (group or solos)
11/24
2 man premade joins
>12/12 game is formed
1/12 yep, that is you wondering why you didn't got the drop
Full premade joins
>12/12 game is formed
1/0 still you wondering why you're still sitting in que

^ that is not how it works currently.

If you are first of all the solos, and a group comes along, you will get in first.

The new system - going off Paul's video - will handle that differently in some scenarios due to SSR ranking.

Without any formal coordination, the likely-hood of actually testing the match making is impossible. Developers thanks for all your efforts putting up a PTS Build and server for this but nobody really cares enough to group up. Sound familiar? Welcome to the QP and solo FP Q.

We actually did coordinate a time and over 50 people showed up, had 2 invasion matches kicked off at the same time, played for near 2.5 hours. Ash made a post about it the day before and streamed it on twitch.

Are you sure? I got pushed out of scout que while being 1/0 today.

Is anyone else having a problem claiming the reward? There is nothing showing on my content page. I logged into the PTS early this morning (before the 10am PDT cutoff). I was not able to find a game so left after a few minutes. Is that not enough to earn the reward? I thought you merely had to log in.
