It isn't heat related! It's because anni can't poke to use UACs as effective as faster clan mechs can.
Can. U. Not. Compute. This?
Why would I compute that if it's not related?
Heat is exactly the point of the thread.
Does this title read "Anni UAC30 Build is underperforming?" to you?

So i just used 2x UAC5 + 2x UAC10 on my Seipnir, and It is hot as hell. I don't get it, this is basically like my build on my MCII-B, and if anything the MCII-B is waaay faster.
I get that it's IS-tech, but surely the IS UACs should have been just a bit cooler than Clan UACs because it's harder to put them due to tonnage and critical slots constraints.
What do you think, IS UAC too hot or what?
So is my very first post about Anni cannot poke or what?
No, it's about heat. I'm not arguing that UAC30 should work just as well as other builds for the Anni -- hell it's not even mentioned. Assaults at 48 KPH's inability to poke isn't my concern, nor I was complaining that the slow-*** dakka isn't working at all (on what i assume to be deaths because of inability to poke-retreat), I just specified that it's rather hot. I just used the 2x UAC10 + 2x UAC5 from Clan as reference point to define the standard of heat generation, that the IS variant should at least be
sustainable.
By "It should work better", consistently, I have meant it as cold, not by performing as well as other meta builds. When I said "I could make it work", well aside from good amount of damage all things considering, I could do so without ******* up my heat bar. So when you're arguing "bad build" as if it's some magic bullet, I really don't know what to tell you.
If you still don't get it, let me say this again.
It's.
