I'am sure most of you noticed already that the game became super slow since the FP patch.
First start up load takes like forever, the same for returning from a match.
Also the in-match FPS dropped by at least 30-50 FPS.
I mean MWO was never really optimized but now it feels almost unplayable even on a top notch rig.
PGI, when will you fix this?

There were also windows updates, and most Win10 rigs by default also are setup to download/install drivers, GPU, etc that can mess things up. Plus you have not provided any actual info.
1. Run Repair Tool
2. Check your windows installation and see what has been updated.
3. Update/reinstall GPU drivers, among other things.
4. Power Options - High Performance. Anything else will have CPU core park and throttle CPU for other than heat
5. It is summer time.. last time heat sinks (computer.. ) were clear of dust build up? Make sure to have gotten any buildup next to base. All it takes is for one core (turbo boost layman temp overclocking) to excess thermal threshold for all CPU speed to throttle down.
6. Check any overlays currently being used. Updates can and has caused FPS issues.
7. Also make sure Xbox DVR is turned off/disabled.
And it does not hurt to post your system specs, usually a dxdiag (top portion to and including sound info) or Speccy.
Also post your game settings and what AA, if any, is being used.

^ All of that.
That and deleting the shader cache seems to solve this issue for some folks.
