If they're going to do DLCs it'll likely be story content.

They aren't going to be able to sell any additional content that is already available in this game; that **** is going to get ported to MW5 post haste and they'd look awful damn dumb trying to stop anyone from doing it.

"Pre-order MW5 Clan DLC and get rewards for MWO"

Lol.

Really, all Clan-tech DLC will do is what clan-tech always does, unbalance the game. I'm not expecting any DLC anyway since they're pushing mod support so hard. They're relying on the community to generate content.

If you get mods allowed, might be like what the HBS game has.

"Sure you can mod it but be warned when the patches come out if you do not restore it to non-modded, it will be messed up and may not run right."

Patches breaking mods is hardly a new thing.

Not everyone wants a "thinking man's shooter".

Sometimes it's nice to kick back, relax and blow some 'mechs up in spectacular fashion.

Pretty much what MWO ended up being. Borderline mindless mech destruction. The foundation was there for more but PGI was never capable of delivering on that promise.
