How to fix Fp
Step 1: No more selecting between freelancer,merc or loyalist,you no longer have to population for this many options,so all 3 gone,make a faction xp for cbills,gxp and mechbay grinds
Step 2: Scouting and invaision stays seperate,because forcing people to play a game mode they dont like will make them simply not play mwo. scouting wins lands you 2% boost to xp,1%boost to cbills,maxing at 10%xp 5%cbills boost per faction cycle (so 5 wins max,but losses will knock you back one example:i win 3 matches but lost the 4th,so i have 4%xp 2 %cbills boost for the 24 hour cycle)
Step 3 :Echoing step one a bit here on the Low pop and lots of faction options,all players go into same line,once 24 players are reached,BOOM RNG who plays which faction, once "locked" a 2 minute timer begins with map and mode up,and enemy team,(this next bit is up for debate) after 30 seconds a surrender option will pop up,surrendering will net you a 10 minute FP penalty to ALL members of surrendering team(the surrender option is LITERALLY for emp/bcmc or whatever they are called)
* some days clan vs is,others IS vs IS or clan vs clan
** also seperate preselected decks for ISFP and CLANFP
Step 4: Increase rewards for lance in formation,kmdds,solo kills etc,every reward that would help team based combat.maybe add penalties for EXTREME early perma's....up for debate im getting ahead here
Step 5 :maybe some shouts outs on NGNG or dev tweets like: Big shout out to MS for taking terra in FP,good fights blah blah blah....its the little things guys/gals the little things

Anyways,this is just an idea from a pretty much FP exclusive player,im not the best,but id like to think my team is.So if you could,lets save FP !!!
