I have my headset on 1% volume and the intro about blows my ears out. Change it so I can either mute the intro or it reads the game volume setting.

Agreed. I spam the escape key as fast as I can to avoid my ears getting blasted by that nonsense Solaris intro. It's like PGI has this really, really old dude that left his hearing aids off that was responsible for coding it.

Edit - Never mind, it's probably intentional after PGI did a review of the player age demographics.

It is indeed really loud.
And while we are at it: With most weapons the first alpha strike you do in testing grounds is much louder than the following alphas. That makes no sense and annoys me every time.
