If there's more groups queued in SideA then side SideB, the MatchMaker will automatically select the biggest meanest group it can find in SideA, to go fight the SideB groups.

Meaning the MatchMaker mechanics are discouraging players from joining or even staying in SideB.

But what that MatchMaker should be doing, is rewarding the smaller queue with easier matches to make it grow, instead of punishing it with harder matches to chase players out of it...

So instead of excluding the bottom groups from SideA, the MatchMaker should be excluding the top groups from SideA, in an attempt to balance the ACTIVE queued player population of both queues until no groups need to be excluded.

I feel like I haven't paid well enough attention to vote too effectively, but I might guess it's harder for "least groups queued up".
