so i heard it had been left to the community to come up with the rules for 2019 on line world champs

does anybody know where and how i'd get involved

"Community" in this case refers to the established competitive community in MWO. Most of the established teams have had some input towards the rules for 2019, though it's not for certain yet that we're going to actually have a tourney this year.
