If there is no faction combat and you are not in a unit, or an inactive unit, army of one.....You get no chat whatsoever!?!

Does anyone else think that the lack of chat in the mech facility is killing the game?

If i were a new player, and chat was unavailable unless i was in combat, i would think there was no one else playing the game.

How are new players supposed to get advice?

How are units supposed to recruit players?

We NEED a GLOBAL chat!

We need it NOW!

I got really used to the IS chat back when loyalties were a thing and I miss always having that chat there when I was doing mech science.

PGI never picked up the Chat rooms and lobby idea that had the old MW4 full of players. Thing is the private game rooms could have taken off but PGI community leaders never really adopted it's use. Their Match making and Queue system was supposed to make that easier but ended up keeping each player from knowing who they would be playing. roflstomps have guided the evolution of this game ever since.
