We need a General or Global Chat tab.
If there is no conflict in Faction play, and you don't have a unit, there is no chat unless you are in combat?
This seems wrong to me.
How are new players supposed to get advice?
How are unit's suposed to recruit new members?
The only place we can chat is in combat now?
This is messed up guys!
We need a fix for this!

In game general chat just sounds like the proliferation of bad ideas, misinformation, and more sodium that will for sure not receive enough moderation.
