Image File Glitch?

I start to have these kind of image glitch.

I tried to fix this issue by reinstall and verify integrity of game files" feature of steam
but I couldn't find any solution.

any ideas?

Not seeing any images only the place holders.

problem solved.

I change my windows account consists Korean characters to one consists English characters.

It turned out MWO client cannot recognize 2byte character.
