Was in HPG a moment ago, my Orion was dissipating heat at 1% a second. I wasn't the only one, teammates were commenting their heat wasn't dissipating per normal too.
I have a video if it's needed.

Of course it still exists. PGI isn't going to put any more resources into MWO to fix any problems or bugs.

Definitely post the video. Also include the ID # at the end of the game (videos can be difficult to read that).
Was it the entire team or only some of them? I know in the private lobbies there is the ability to "control" what mech features work in that match. It makes me wonder if something is occurring on the server side that those options are being activated in a public match....
Edit.. And send it to PGI support also..making a ticket.
