Nah you don't. It handles like a whale. Not fun to pilot. I've had a few good games with them but overall there's nothing they can do another mech can't do better.

The 4HP isn't bad, doesn't have that stupidly large dorsal gun so the profile is OK. Now the other variants, I haven't even touched since the pack was released.

In my mind it's not a Marauder without the dorsal gun.

When are you guys going to do something about this 'Mech's fragility and inability to mount and use firepower good enough to justify a 100 ton slot?

And while we're at it, how about the rest of the Nightstar variants other than the 9J, which also still sucks btw, for the same reasons as the Marauder II?

I will admit the 4HP can do well in Solaris with the right matchup. That's about the only redeeming part of the chassis.

Buying an new mech gives you the worst experience in MWO thanks to stupid matchmaker that overestimates your skill and constantly sets you up for failure.

Why has the Marauder II just a Torso-Twist of 70°? The side Torsos are huge and this mech dersvers a better Torso-Twist...

Mech bays and a different variety of heroes. Y'all keep putting basically the same ones on sale.

Better yet, accept the fact that this game is old AF now, and drop the cost of everything, permanently.

I don't assume that at all. I merely remind them about how much these 'Mechs suck just so everybody else here also knows how much they suck.

It's actually more they don't care what salty bittervets think.

Also, no mech in the game sucks if it's piloted and fit properly.

Fact is, if you suck in a mech, it's because YOU suck in that mech, not that the Chassis sucks.

There are some mechs, which sucks (eg. Uziel 3P). And there are some better than the average. But I agree, bad piloting results in ****** dmg/MS no matter what mech you use.
