Try double heavy gauss for headshots. Only one hit required. Do not try it on disconnected mechs - hitboxes are strange. Best is shut-down mechs which are just powering up again just before they can move again. BOOM. Also have a look here:

As for "double your money": Yes matt, this count only for the first rung, the next levels need some adjustment to make it true, but i take any free million i can get

It's missing a "kill 5000 missiles" event, to go along with the "cause 5000 Damage using Missile Weapons" event.

Bit grindy for 6 days.

Happy to see one that is difficult rather than grindy though. I average a succesful deliberate headshot every 1500 games, so that is not happening, but it is still good it is there as a challenge.

"Bit Grindy?" srsly?

Let us break it down:
Light/Medium/Heavy/Assault: 4 Classes x 3 attempts to win x 2 wins = 24 games. If you did not get 5 kmdds in 6 games, go for solaris
Double your money: Should be included. Otherwise, use hero-mechs if this is the last one.
5000 Damage per Weapon category: If you take care ot this while doing the first four, this comes free.

And the last one (No Chill): Is exactly meant for this - the cherry on top if you want to go the extra mile. Rewards are good but nothing to worry about not getting also.

So if 25 games over a week are too "grindy" - wait for the next loot bag event :-)

By the end of the event if you earn 4 million C-Bills you will have been awarded 4 million Extra C-Bills.
Totaling 8 million therefore doubling your money

If i had awarded this way it would have been more than double

1 M Earned = 1 M Reward
2 M Earned = 2 M Reward
3 M Earned = 3 M Reward
4 M Earned = 4 M Reward

4 M Earned total = 10 M Rewarded in total

I totally understand if you preferred this but I stand behind the fact that the challenge does indeed double the money earned.

Yep, Fafnir is my go to for all the recent headshot events, nice natural level and ensures any headshot will enough damage even against an armored head.

Thank you for this event, looking forward to the extra C-Bills as I plan on getting a new Mech soon. Currently having fun with the Adder, but I also recently got a Stormcrow that's got an Ultra AC 20...Now I can ask someone in an Atlas, "Feel Lucky?".
