So tell me why we can not wall of shame people for TK playing?

because we all know reporting to PGI is not going to do anything

just pointing out I had to kill some one on our team tonight after he killed 3 of our players and I have to face a 10min penalty for saving my team from a [Redacted]..

It's just like every sports nowadays, especially Football (Soccer to our NA friends here and others who use that word). Reacting to and doing something about idiots gets YOU into more trouble.

it just sucks that, someone has to take a 10min penalty because some one is going against TOS

Look at it this way though. The guy TK'ing 3 people means he gets a bigger penalty than what you got for tk'ing him. So...

You are going against ToS as well. Don't get me wrong, I'd do the same thing in your shoes, but automated penalty system for team damage is there for a reason. 10 mins is no big deal as long as you don't "accidently" TK someone else within the couple hours to earn yourself a half-n-hour break.

I think it's better to report this Player together. You can communicate with your Team an try to convice them for a report (it's just a klick in the end-screen/machtscore-screen). From my experience pgi does react if a Player has too many Reports.
