Reward front-line risk taking, by basing rewards on the distance from the target you're shooting at :
- The shorter the distance to the target you hit, the more you score.
The idea is to better reward front line high-risk short range combat, over fighting safely from a mostly risk-free (very) long range, as far away from the front line as possible.
I think this is what most players say they want : To better reward taking risks on the front line, over hiding at the very back of your team to leech armor from it from a (extremely) safe distance.
And also that this would put an end to the increasing number of empty Faction Play games where it takes ~10min for both teams to manage to come close enough to each other to score the first kill of the match.
