Wolfhound 1B, Firestarter S - no ECM, but checks the laser and AMS boxes.
But ultimately you're probably looking for the Uller. Not too many lasers but ECM and triple AMS.

if you want to defend against lights srms or pulse. ssrms are ok if you cant aim. was just in a match where i was outgunned by a arctic wolf. assassins are also pretty resilient against lights. these are a couple mechs i dread while running squirrels. you want to go at least 110.

If you need ECM, Lasers and AMS to support Assaults, then Kitfox is one of the best. With the right Omnipods, you can get an ECM, 3x AMS and 5 ERMLs. Now, the C-ERMLs aren't exactly great to leg light mechs with but you have the range and decent damage. With a bit of careful aiming, you can certainly kill light mechs.
The Phoenix Hawk can do well if you don't mind having all the weapons in the arms which might fall off. But the arms are sturdy and it's much easier to trace fast moving mechs with your arm-mounted weapons. It comes with ECM and an AMS.
If you want something weird, then the Hellspawn Paralyzer can fit the bill. It's got armour quirks in the right locations 'cause its silhouette is bad. But.... it's got great agility, 6 energy hardpoints and 2 missile hardpoints plus an ECM. You can easily do 6 MPLs and an ECM with enough cooling and JJ to be great but you can try 2 MPLs, 4 SMLs and 2 SRM6s for a 50-damage alpha strike (or slightly lower if you run 2 SRM4s instead but better heat management and cooldown), run at over 100kph, get enough JJ to scale vertically and enough heatsinks to vent heat rapidly. This is great for supporting your assaults and taking potshots at incoming lights and then finally skirmish like crazy to get the kills.
If you don't mind running SRMs, then check out the Javelin 11B. It's great as a ECM skirmisher to push out, get some damage out and get back to keep your Charlie Lance inside your ECM bubble before the brawling starts. Similarly the Wolfhound Grinner. It's got ECM, 5 MPLs and enough armour to survive most fights. The agility is great as well.
Arctic Wolf with ECM is also great. The Cicada 3M is nice 'cause you can do UAC5 and MLs easily to stay with your assaults while providing ECM cover.

quite frankly:
don't try to 'only support'. go for something that kills by itself. you can always try to support with that, too.
big difference: if your assaults are just not in need of support (read: hiding somewhere "safe" or already dead), you can contribute to victory by yourself.
support is a role you should reserve for teamplay with people on comms - and that's -not- QP.

you can get a lot of kills "defending" out-of-position assault mechs from squirrels. and by "defending" i mean use as bait. just dont die, if you die your team is out two mechs. of course in this situation its not hard to bug out.
but yea every mech should be built to kill. if it cant kill or is dependant on other players for its defence, its just not a good build.

So to me it sounds like you want something that is fast enough to act as a light hunter, and have some utility to your team. Good ideas, but lets get some stuff out of the way first.
You want ECM AND AMS on a single mech? There aren't many mechs out there that have both, and people generally choose ECM over AMS, and not bother AMS unless you can at least mount 2 of them.
Second, supporting assaults is a good idea TO A LIMITED EXTENT. Good assault pilots know what they are doing and don't need that much support, and you'd be wasting your time staying by their sides all match without doing much damage on your part, and you want to deal damage, period. Bad assault pilots tend do things like YOLO into a firing line or hiding in a corner somewhere trying to be sneaky; they'll just get ganged up on and isolated, and be too slow to run away and get help. You'll just die if you try to defend them.
So really, instead of being a "pure support", you want to be something that's a fast striker/harasser, that can do enough damage by yourself, and fast enough to reposition on the map to come to the aid of some friendly big bois being ankle-hugged by the occassional piranha and run away from anything you can't fight head-on. Meaning, you want a light mech on the heavier side or medium mechs on the lighter side of things. And ECM to stay out of the LRM rain.
With those criteria, I recommend 2 mechs. First, is the Wolfhound hero mech Grinner. ECM and pulse lasers, like some others here mentioned. Skirmish on your own or with friendly mechs for the most part, and run to your fatties when they are getting jumped by light mechs, run away if things become unsalvageable.
Second mech, the Black Lanner. Its an Omnimech so you can get any one of them and just switch the omnipods around. Get as many omnipods with energy hardpoints as possible, and one of the head pods with ECM. Load up on small and micro lasers and pretend you are an overweight light mech that can still go like 140kph in bursts with the MASC. Hit and run things if your team is doing well and don't need you for the moment, and do your anti-light and ECM coverage duties when the situation calls for it. Not a popular mech, but arguable one of the best light mech hunters in the game right now.

Laser vomit hellbringer. Expose after your assault buddy, vomit lasers, return to cover and repeat.
