If you go look at patch 369, the XML starts with 368.

They added a manual download link, but the game still wont patch with the files manually downloaded...

Well....they did say the patch timeframe is until 1pm PDT, so the false hope was putting the website in "Online" status rather than "Maintenance", which would have deterred me from wearing out my mouse clicks opening and closing the Portal. Someone call Mechaholics Anonymous.
