I have a decent collection of Mechs, mostly on the IS side as I'm loyal to FRR. I would like motivation to build up and try out Clan mechs in invasion drop decks.
Is it possible to play a few weeks as IS, then go to Clan for a a few weeks, then back to your old IS?
When it was time to join faction play, it didn't have the Mercenary option. Only IS or CLan loyalty.

you can switch instantly, many people switch like 10 times a night

Wow, that's great news. So I can float a Clan Ghost bear for Clan Drop decks and pretend some fun post Tukayyid Ghost Bear as warden.

Loyalists are basically Mercenaries except for the reward system. You can switch sides every match if you want.
