Split each Faction Play drop deck into a Clan deck and a IS deck.

This would make it easier for players to switch between their Clan deck and IS decks, without having to switch out each mech manually.

If both the Clan deck and IS deck are filled and valid, then queuing with that dual deck allows the player to queue for both the Clan faction and IS faction at the same time, to make it easier for the MatchMaker to switch players from one side to the other side to launch FP matches faster and better...

This duel deck queuing mechanic could be extended to groups.
