It seems that in Memphis Tennessee, there is a law that makes it illegal for frogs to croak after 11:00 p.m.

Who comes up with this sort of thing, and then how are they going to enforce it. What are they going to do, send the frogs to Frog jail where only flies and water are served?

I can just see this in court. "For croaking after 11:00 p.m., Mr. Frog, you are fined two legs!".

politicians also screw around at work.

like when i was building computers me and the qc guy were in cahoots and id flip the hdd and power light connections on every 100th machine and he would ignore this. really pissed off tech support.

now imagine these kinds of shenanigans with people whose job it is to make laws.

when i was a kid we would have bb gun fights that didn't end until someone was bleeding. the adults said we were just being kids. if this happened now, we would all be in juvie and our parents would also go to jail. and there is a good chance the cops would shoot us before figuring out it was just a bb gun.
