I hope this is the right place. Trying to find the MW5 forum to report bugs.

Rebound my keys to ESDF from WASD. I've rebound "interact" to 'A', but the game won't pick up supplies because it is still trying to use 'E'

Same thing with being in the base. The human movement still uses WASD.

Sadly there isn't an MW5 forum so here or general seams to be good. Else try to go on discord. There should be a bug report channel. Maybe they can help you there.

I also play with ESDF, and have been for y'know since Wolfenstein 3D (so that's not gonna change). This is basically game breaking.

While I hadn't problems with remapping in the release, during the demo I had some problems. I killed all keybinds then remapped everything one by one and that made it work.

Same here. Such thing is so bad, it is beyond words. ><
