My "content" did not download and Epic games has no humans that work for it.

It will not allow me to try again. What is the "content"?

That's just the additional digital content you get depending on the edition you own. For example for the community preorder standard edition the content dlc should be the game's soundtrack.

Since it's not needed for the game i would wait and try again later.
