Hey Lightfoot, Thanks for the fix on the throttle slider. I have been having a different issue setting up my Thrustmaster and I thought I would run it by you since you seem to have a good grasp on these things. (Pun intended.)

I like to pilot my mech using the stick in the left hand for controlling movement and mouse in the right for looking, aiming and firing. But I will be damned if I can get the settings to allow me to move forward, back and left and right using the X and Y Axis. I have played for years this way in MWO and it is killing me to use a keyboard.

If you have any ideas what I might be doing wrong I would REALLY appreciate it. Thanks.

Maybe use the TARGET profiler for the T16000m and assign keyboard presses to the desired axes? Although MW5 can't read the Axes off TARGET it does acknowledge keyboard commands assigned to the buttons for me. I don't use it, but I did notice that, when trying to get TARGET to work.

Does the throttle slider on the T-16000m work out of the box now in MW5? Was it patched? I am still using the HOTASMapping.remap I wrote originally.

Seems so. I was able to have the throttle function (throttle z axis) on the throttle control work fine immediately. I had to do some .remap work to get the joystick xy to respond. Posted Image

Has anyone gotten the Thrustmaster hotas setup to work? I've tried these fixes but nothing seems to work. I have made a target profile for the throttle and i have everything working....except for the actual throttle....smh

I don't have the HOTAS. I thought MW5 came with that profile included though? Which throttle do you mean? The Slider on the joystick or the Throttle on the left side HOTAS?

it does, but its not very good. like it was made by someone who didn't have the same joystick to test. i helped a few people with joystick profiles and we usually had to go back and fourth a few times to fix all the bugs.
