would loved it to have happen that way for me, just saw my first K9 on the market.

not all Hero's come with DHS, .
I'm not making the c-bills like one of the players I co-op with, but I am out leveling them. so had to pass on getting a hero many many times.
pretty sure I had not seen and DHS till 3040+, except on the IV Four I picked up, don't really recall the date at that time wasn't keeping track then, but I'm sure it was around.or after 3040

Apparently, this has been just my experience, seems others have been more fortunate
