Mw5: Missed Combat Mechanic

You know how these Assassination missions have you scouting 1-4 waypoints where most the time the target is the furthest one away anyway? Well, they should have made a couple of those targets of opportunities and optional objectives.
ie. Optionally you may chose to engage this base, however if you don't enemies from that base will come to support the main enemy objective if you don't.
Or tactical destruction of heavily fortified tank hangers. You may chose to destroy the hanger, but if you don't enemies will spawn from there. Similar things with turret generators, kill the generators and the turrets stop. Or, a way to disable turret antennae before they pop up so the never pop up.
Or, destroy this bridge on this river(not that there are any rivers or chokepoint crossings in any of the maps various states) so that enemies can't come support the target.
Not sure why i thought of that while in the shower but there it is lol

And yes, I agree destroying vital/ tactiacal buildings should have impact. Like in MW4.
Speaking of which, active/ passive radar while on night mission and you only cna bring a singel mech ( you ).
Where at least two missions in MW4 in which you had such objectives, including standing by buildings to steal plans regarding the new Templar prototype. TAHT mission was nail bitingly tense, even if you knew the enemy mechs patrol patterns. Because they would hunt you down fast if they noticed a slip up.
Oh yeah, and add headlights to mechs.. IR/ NV is nice and all but for specific areas to light up. Floodlight is nice to have, also atmospheric in pitch dark.
In the shower? Well makes sense that when persons are alone in peace, the mind starts dancing with ideas. Been there ALOT.

Man... that would have been cool. I dont' wanna say too much but there is a tiny bit of that in the game, can't say more without spoiling stuff though.

Also, there was a mission to kill targets at all locations and all the bases were empty except for the usual VTOLs, tanks and light mechs as garrison. At the correct base, I found all of my targets grouped as a lance. There were 4 skulls on my compass highlighted as main targets.

Thats all missions a AI can not generate handcrafted Missions, with handcrafted Maps, and scripted handplaced Units and objekts with link to the Mission Objectives ,all thats can only doing a Human, not a AI today...a simple Game I can not place logical a Bridge over a street or River today
in MW4 each was handplaced ,Handscripted an handmade , nothing generated from a AI

Right, but there are "Rare missions" outside of the campaign that can/are be hand made. And are not just the randomly generated maps. Those could have been inserted there. Or hell, they could have just put it into the campaign itself. Would have spiced the the first freaking 3/4 of the story line instead of it being a snore fest till the very end.

In Moment im lost each Interest of the Story the Campaign only a long Line from instant actiion Missions , and the rare handcrafted Missions to rare ,to bind my interest.
We have "No Mens Sky" with interesting Universe and great Algorithms for buld interesting Locations and in it the simple collect/Destro Missions ,and this have a very ambitionous Team and im Hope ,once day the PGI Team have the same Level .

Would be awesome! Scripted if need be but darn. Can you imagine a well hidden Atlas, powering up right by where you have to be or at least i nvincinity of the area? Glowing red eyes, AC 20 aiming for your low tonnage limited Locust/ Flea? *shivers*
Also there should be a mandatory random placement, every time you play that mission, if not for each you reload after a mission failure, at LEAST for each play through.
Or being in a needed tonnage limit as a lone assault, like a Banshee ( hey, they are fast, no dizzing my Banshees! my first assault in MWO )
for an escort/ recovery mission and on the way back to the dropship, getting hunted by say Fleas and Locust laying wait in the woods for to suddenly power up.
