It is just a matter of making a script to visit Ryanna in year 3050 and she would report about some unknown transmissions and have some random clan leaders from smoke jaguar, or ghost bear or whatever have a "we are the clans, fear us" speech, and have random clan enemy drops in missions with unobtainable salvage tech in the first wave, and later for everyone who finished the game, have them actually be able to get clan mechs and salvage, but this should only be a "reward" for finishing the campaign, since it just a boring non replay value same missions thing once it is all over. It would make a nice sub-plot as well, god just thinking about how cool of a game it would be if it actually shipped with this surprise and no one knew about it!
Would you be satisfied with something that ******? Where instead of Davion or Steiner or whatever, the same boring mission generation is putting in Clan mechs that have nothing different in their personalities, that perform no differently, that have generically similar weapons with longer range, be just as stupid as they are now, and surrounded by the same inner sphere tanks and helicopter swarms also attacking you...
I don't even think the people that are absolutely bewildered about how amazing they think Mw5 is would like that.
I mean they didn't even finish what they were working on for the current game.
Let them have some time to work on it and make something halfway decent.
