Well, I don't play much. Mostly during the events. So, C-bills are harder to get. I don't want to outfit and skill up 4 mechs and not have any C-bills left lol.

Although I tend to sell inventory to either offset of pay for new engines when I can

You are definitely the only one:
1) I have more C-Bills than I could ever need, so this is not a problem.
2) I have multiple common size engines like 275, 300, 325 or 350. I can swap them between 'Mechs or find one unused in the component warehouse. But if I need some unusual size, I have to buy such engine anyway.
3) I am not going to wait two or three months (or even longer) for some sale that may come in some indefinite future, while my new 'Mech sits in the hangar.

This sale was awesome for newer players. The event gave enough MC to allow for Mech Bay Expansion and allowed us to fill (2) drop decks easily. Thanks.

Event Idea: With only 12 days left in the current season, a dash to the finish line themed event (or at least one or two goals of a broader one) for S7? Would love to see some players in this mode again.
