Hello PGI DEV, the smooth video option when engage locks to 60fps, is this intended?

I'm using freesync monitor, and have the monitor's build in frame counter turned on and see a constant 60fps when using smooth video option.

This gives me a lot of nausea and sea sickness feeling unfortunately.

Also the graphics performance is not smooth after engaging this feature, it is still choppy here and there. Or another word is teleporting 1/5 of seconds here and there.

CPU = Ryzen 1700x + 420x140x28, temp <55c
GPU = Vega 64 + 420x140x86, temp <45c
both liquid cool
RAM = 32GB 2933mhz
SSD = Optane_900p

get between 50fps to 110fps, average 80 to 90 fps when not using smooth video.
