Yeah, it was a cool idea, each corsair has different hitboxes/look cause of different scrap pieces.

Having only focused on a variant or two, that is neat. I still recall throwing an aesthetics fit over a diagonally placed laser out of reaction to thinking it was done haphazardly and not intentionally.

Mechs build from scrap are called FrankenMechs. There are a handfull of these in Battetechs TT game.
