This would both decrease the waiting time and improve the Solaris match making.

So again group those 7 Division queues into a single queue of 7-14 players, and Solaris popularity would improve.
Even better : Merge the 1vs1 and 2vs2 queue into a single 2vs2 queue, preferably with no groups allowed.
Now there's only 1 Solaris queue to go queue by yourself instead of a total of 14 Solaris queues to choose from, and proper matchmaking can finally be achieved by having the Match Maker systematically group the top elo player with the lowest elo player against the two other players in every match.
And again this single way of queuing (instead of 14), is to be combined with the ability for players to switch on/off the Divisions they want to play in.
There's a few hundred Solaris players, but once you split them into 14 queues and spread them over 24 hours, and the low Elo players quit early because they keep getting matched against the same top ~25 players because they're the only ones still queuing... that's when and why it goes wrong.
