I have played this game since beta with a close group of friends. The group que times are so long now that we end up giving up, and playing a different game together. We have not been able to play 1 round of this game in over 5 weeks. Please fix this or we are done.

They can't "fix it", there are no players left who want to play GQ except in very specific time windows. Faction play is still well populated and you can get drops with a group pretty much around the clock, but requires you to have a few more mechs.
