Welcome aboard, ThianRaven!
Now, are you looking for vocal support only? Because if not, just write us your questions and we can try to answer them. Some might even clear themselves while you are formulating them.
There's also a lot of YT tutorials offering help for newcomers.

Welcome back. A lot has changed, especially if you played a long time ago, and it's really hard to nail it all down, so I'll just raddle off a lot of useful links. Here's a link to the MWOcomp (competative) discord: https://discord.gg/3x3J4Y This is a great hub discord for getting in touch with a team or asking questions of extremely experienced and skilled players. Also, I would highly dissuade you from looking up youtube tutorials. I've never seen nor heard of any youtube tutorials that are actually good. In fact, I would dissuade you from using google to find any information about this game whatsoever. A lot of the information google will give you is either about how the game used to work 5 or more years ago, or it's information written by people with a poor grasp of the game's mechanics and will mislead you.
I also recommend checking out twitch.tv, particularly the channels of good players, so you can watch how they play, chat with people there, and ask question.
SOME RECOMMENDED TWITCH CHANNELS FOR LEARNING:

Chimera, arguably the best player in the game: https://www.twitch.tv/chimera_xi
Bowser, arguably the best player in the game: https://www.twitch.tv/bowser1313
JustcallmeASH, top 99% comp player, on the team with the most world championship wins, dangerously Australian.: https://www.twitch.tv/justcallmeash
Jay_Z, top 99% comp player, Australian: https://www.twitch.tv/jay_z_
McGoat, top 99% comp player, on the team with the most world championship wins, ex-military: https://www.twitch.tv/mcgoat
CycloneJack, great comp player: https://www.twitch.tv/cyklonejack
Magic Pain Glove, top 99% EU player: https://www.twitch.tv/magic_pain_glove
MW2 Annihilator, top 99% comp player, doesn't speak: https://www.twitch.tv/mw2annihilator
Temporary_Axis, top 99% comp player, on one of the best teams, definitely australian: https://www.twitch.tv/temporary_axis
Lurm_God, top 99% comp player, super chill aussie: https://www.twitch.tv/lurmgod
Yondude, top 99% player: https://www.twitch.tv/yondude
Bear_Claw, top 99% comp player, on one of the best teams, started playing this game when he was a kid: https://www.twitch.tv/bear_cl4w
Brios, good Singapore player, teaches science: https://www.twitch.tv/brios_brxv
USEFUL TOOLS:
MechDB, a super useful mechlabbing tool that also gives you information about the builds you make: https://mech.nav-alpha.com/
kitlaan, a useful skill tree crafting resource: https://kitlaan.gitlab.io/mwoskill/
Smurfy, a useful ghost heat and stat resource: https://mwo.smurfy-net.de/equipment
IS Hitboxes: https://drive.google...DdhQWdZMWM/view
Clan Hitboxes: https://drive.google...UlBdjcwcHM/view
Jarl's list, a website that will help you track your historical match performance in quickplay, as well as let you look up other players' match performances: https://leaderboard.isengrim.org/
MWO tactics, prodiving maps for the game and allows you to draw on them, although this is more for competative players, and is thus why it only provides the spawns for conquest and domination: https://maps.mwocomp.com/
META LISTS:
Grimmech's tier list, a good resource for powerful builds for playing in quickplay, where anything in S-tier is amazing or good, and most things in A-tier and good: https://grimmechs.is...ts?list=general
If you play faction play in particular, this list is also worth checking out, and again S-tier is great, while A-tier is mostly good: https://grimmechs.is...list=specialist
BTW, the Grimmechs meta list is incomplete and some builds can be further personalized, but none of them are bad for their chosen mech and variant.
Here's an old meta list that's more than a year out of date with current meta but more complete than grimmechs and most of the mechs on the list are still good, made by denairwalker: https://docs.google....t#gid=868162679
Here's a meta list made by lurm god that's also not complete and also slightly out of date: https://docs.google....t#gid=514569952
Here's a meta list made for faction play by mcgoat recently: https://docs.google....SQt0/edit#gid=0
Here's a meta list made for faction play by Magic Pain Glove: https://docs.google....#gid=2024075940
Lastly, if you've ever heard of metamechs that list is completely dated and none of those builds are optimal any longer.
