Been playing this game 4 years. Logged in tonight. Couldn't hear any teammates at all.

Annoying generic voice dude who floods chat = works fine
Sound FX = works fine
Hear game through both speakers and headset when plugged in.

What changed?

Audio setting for voice.

In options menu.

Just change the source.

what ASH said, also check if VoIP is enabled in your settings.
