Hey folks, this seems as good a choice as any for this question: is there any way to tell MWO to NOT use joysticks/throttles connected to the machine and use mouse/keyboard instead? I've been looking in the settings and can't seem to find a flag for using one type of control over the other.

I have joystick/throttle/rudders for flight sims set up, not the right control setup for me for MWO, and I don't want to have to unplug and replug several devices every time I stop and start a play session.

Hm, I think you can config keyboard and mouse and be able to play on that with joystick connected. Also try to untick some options in controller settings to make game "think" that there is no joystick connected. Or check options in joystick software if you have it.
