If MRMs I'd downsize to a 30+20, 5 - 5.5T ammo, 1JJ and as big an engine as possible. The second build works, but it's hot, especially in a brawl when you're spamming alphas. I took off the lasers and added an LB10x to my aSRM6s. Slower, esp with LFE, but that doesn't matter so much against your primary targets.
