RTX feedback so far:

- sharp edges of your mech
- sharp shadows of wall debris falling down when destroying a wall section
- reflections in glass and other surfaces in the dropship (e.g. middle corridor reflects the mechs now like a mirror)

- some debris do not cast shadows
- no lights/shadows from explosions or weapon fire (they seem to not be a light source)
- no self-shadow of your human form (in dropship)

Mod feedback so far:
none of the old mods are found in either folder, PAK or MOD folder.

Drop ship:

Reflections do look amazing.

All RTS on max RTX2070 super OC runs at 99% usage with 30 fps when rendering natively! (all other settings maxed ofc).
Using DLSS quality mode takes me back up to almost 60 fps at 1200p
V ram usage much higher up to 6 gigs in hanger
System ram usage much higher over 10 gigs (much higher than with no RTX)
Mechs in load out screen much crisper and sharper - they have turned off the deliberate low res effect and using full resolution models - looks great.

In combat:

No appreciable difference in visuals with RTX max- was hoping for much more but no additional global lighting effects (or at least that are obvious). Dissapointing. Game still has a very flat look (like there are no shadows or glabal lighting at all).

Even though GPU usage is well below 100% I am getting frame rate drops and hitching. Definitely some more work needed here.

Suggest allow different options to be set for hanger and combat areas.

In summary:
Dropship effects are nice eye candy and DLSS works well.
Combat area no easily noticeable graphical improvements and stuttering - dissapointing.

Look forward to future updates

Edit: System ram usage going up after each mission. Memory leak?
Edit 2: Starting to notice small things like reflections in building windows. It is pretty cool!

mechcellent. You have 8 months to get the game into its finished state before it can be released on a decent enough launcher (GoG or steam) for me to enjoy it :)

Any mention of improved controller support?
I still have to utilize two third party applications (vjoy and Joystick Gremlin) to utilize my Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2.
Note: My stick works perfectly without any third party utilities in MWO.

I decided to play MW5 again seeing that there are some AI and weapon mods now. The thing is, the 13.9mb patch is taking over an hour to install. It downloaded the patch and yet, it's taking forever to update the game. I had connected my phone data to do this and it showed 1.5gb data used. WTF is going on?
