It's not even about that. Just look at the mechs that are on sale. They put two mech chassis that were part of the previous and didn't even bother placing at least 5, heck even THREE chassis per weight class consistently.

To me it is weird when people start complaining because they get something for free or at a reduced price. Nobody promised anything to us and MWO is doing events all the time right now. In years I never had such an easy time with earning c-bills as this spring. Also, we do not know if other stuff like colours will be added to the sale later. I did not get the mech I want on sale either but I am still grateful for any sale and also with all the events recently I earned so many c-bills that buying that mech is not a problem anyway.
Therefore from my side: Thanks for all the sales and events! :-)

I expected some competency. But it's PGI after all. They do one thing right in every 20 attempts I guess.

@Dee Eight: I assume it is more about the available time, of which some people do not have much. I mean, I am, as you might recall from my earlier forum posts, pretty much at the very bottom of tier 5 and I finished the event about an hour ago as follows:

Day 1: 1 181 total, time about 1,5 hours
Day 2: 2 703 total, time about 2 hours
Day 3: 4 578 total, time about 2 hours
Day 4: 7 187 total, time about 3 hours
Day 5, 12 055 current total, time about 5,5 hours

Total time used approximately 14 hours. And I need to point out that I played some of my best games ever yesterday on my Archers, scoring almost 480 MS from three different matches.

I'm calling it out that the lie is we can only post once in the thread. And that if we request mech bay sales, there will be no mech bay sale. My only request is that you have the name of the player on the news section as the reason there is no mech bay sale.

Any chance of a dropdeck sale sometime in the next few weeks? I know it's among the rarest of sales, but I think it'd be welcomed by many.

Nice. I don't know why people are getting bent out of shape because they didn't get the sale they wanted, but this is appreciated in any case.

So if a chassis is requested, all variants of that mech will be on sale? But I'm really hoping the last statement is the lie because people are the worst and someone will for sure ruin it for everyone.

This has been a good event, thank you Matt!
Nice & easy to do, just play normally & what you are comfortable in & the match scores will come in big & easy.
I didn't get any of the mechs I wanted in this sale & that is not a problem in any way, you get a load of cbills, MC, premium time & cockpit items just for playing & completing the event.
If you didn't get what you wanted in the sale just have patience damn it! What you want will, at some point be on sale & it's not Matt's fault if you can't wait, maybe be thankful that he has done anything while the world is in the state it is.

P.S.
Your new shiny mech will look, feel & smell even better if you have worked hard to get it & you will know that it was all done by you & not given to you for nothing.

You could've checked what mechs were on LAST sale and thought, "Hmm maybe putting Warhammer and Marauder on sale again wouldn't be ideal...?", no? Honestly, Matt, you do bring MWO back to life with the events and sales but off-late, it feels like you're cut off from the reality of what MWO has become. Please play the game regularly to keep track of how it has descended into mediocrity (if it wasn't already mediocre before).

Was there a reason why Clan and IS mechs couldn't be combined in the Dropship Sale even though both packs cost exactly the same? On top of that, why wasn't there an option to let us buy multiple copies of the same variant? Most people would've opted to buy into the sale if you'd just let them buy copies of the variant. In the hopes of forcing customers to buy multiple Dropship packs, you sabotaged yourself by NOT letting them buy what they want whilst you still being in-charge of the price.

Before I end this post of mine, I'd like to say Thank You for responding and allowing us to choose which chassis should go on sale. But may I ask what the "PGI Original" mechs are? Also, since I'm in a different time zone, I'm sure that the moment you create a thread, there'll be 20-odd posts. So, perhaps you'd consider adding the following to have 5 chassis on sale combined with what you already had before?

Thanks for the sales and events as always, Matt. It's great that you keep up with giving us something new to focus on and sales every week or whatever. Keeps things interesting.

I really don't understand entitled forum warriors that complain about sales not being to their specific picky liking. They're sales. It's all extra. Regular goodies. Just enjoy the game, sales, events, and wait for what you want to show up. It always does eventually.

I challenge the nitpickers to actually follow the instructions requested on the new sale thread and not ruin the mech bay sale.
